Our philosophy

The word HEART symbolises the true passion that we pour into our work on a daily basis as massage and movement therapists. But it is also more than that – HEART contains a few other words that are hugely important in our work with you.

• Art – Providing healing treatments is an art. It combines knowledge, empathy and intuition to form a unique and complete ‘work of art’; one that never fails to set a creative process in motion within your body.
• Heat – An intuitive massage therapist senses a warmth in their hands that cannot be learned. During the treatment, this healing energy is passed from the therapist to you. For the movement therapy, under the qualified guidance of your therapist, you generate this warmth yourself, thus activating your body’s own self-healing process.
• (H)Ear – We listen to you, take your concerns, worries and complaints seriously. As massage therapists, we also use our sense of hearing to listen to you and your body’s reactions, such as your breathing, and subsequently adapt our therapy to suit your individual needs.
